Yes, our products are manufactured in our laboratory in Normandy.
Yes, this is the heart of our business. We use no chemical agents, only natural fresh plants, pure dried plants, essential oils and vegetable oils.
Our parcels are delivered by our carrier, La Poste Colissimo.
For France, you can choose between home delivery or relay delivery, and delivery is free for orders over €59.
For the European zone, we offer you the delivery from 99€ of purchases, delivery only at home.
For the international, the delivery is offered from 250€ of purchases, only at home.
As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, your order automatically takes on the status "COMPLETED" in your account.
This is quite normal, and you should then receive the tracking number for your parcel within 24 hours, once the carrier has scanned its code.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours, for orders placed before 12pm we try to ship the same day.
We ship your packages via Colissimo either at home or in relay. The delivery time can vary generally between 3 and 5 days for France, 5 to 7 days for Europe and 7 to 10 days for the international.
