As a general rule, orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, subject to product availability. The time of treatment during the WE, the public holidays, periods of vacations can be lengthened.

Delivery in France 🇫🇷
Our products are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, and transmitted to our carrier La Poste Colissimo.
The average delivery time in metropolitan France for a colissimo is 2 to 5 working days, you can also choose a point relais.

Delivery in Europe 🇪🇺
The shipping costs for the Europe zone are 9,90€ (delivery from 3 to 7 days).
The delivery is free for any order from 99€ of purchases in the countries of the zone Eu 📦.
Only available home delivery for European countries.

International delivery & DOM-TOM 🌍
For international deliveries, shipping costs are €19.90 (delivery within 7 to 10 days):
Free shipping on orders over €199 for international delivery.

Return conditions
For all orders made on our website, you have the right to a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.
The cost of returning the package is the responsibility of the customer.
To return your order, you must return each product unused and in its original packaging.
